As an accredited participant of FEST 2025, you'll have the opportunity to book accommodation at one of FEST's partner hotels and hostels through your account, enjoying special festival rates. By staying at one of our partner locations, you'll also become part of the vibrant festival community, enhancing your experience with more casual opportunities to connect and collaborate with other participants and guests staying in the same place.

FEST will happen between the 21st and the 29th of June 2025.

Booking

The accommodation reservation will be available only to participants holding one of the three Festival Accreditations. The accommodation is only confirmed after full payment of the reservation.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION:

1. The participant must accurately complete the accreditation form with all the required information.

2. On the same form, select your preferred accommodation option and check-in date. Once the form is completed and the accommodation is selected, click SAVE at the bottom of the page.

3. You will then be redirected to a summary page of your purchase. Please verify that all the information is correct. On the left side of the page, you will find the payment details – click on PayPal Checkout to proceed with the payment.

4. After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email for your accreditation, and a separate confirmation email for your accommodation booking.

NOTES:

• Accommodation bookings are only available to participants with a valid festival accreditation.

• Your accommodation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• If you wish to book accommodation separately from the accreditation purchase, simply send an email to registrations@fest.pt with your request
