The association MUTIM (Women Workers of Moving Images) is presenting in Espinho the Good Practices Manual for Cinema and Audiovisual in Portugal. The guide provides definitions and guidelines on harassment, as well as recommended practices for preventing and addressing such issues in the workplace. This initiative follows recent reports of harassment in the cultural sector, highlighting the need for fair and safe working conditions.
The manual will be available in both print and digital formats.
