Synopsis:

On June 23, 2023, the Wagner Group, a Russian private military company, engaged in a major uprising against t h e Government of Russia. While the army of Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin marched towards Moscow, millions of youngsters from all over Russia arrived in the center of Saint Petersburg to celebrate their school graduation at the traditional "Scarlet Sails" city show. Four cameras stayed with the young generation and hundreds of policemen throughout the evening, capturing their vibe.
