A historic treaty between Spain and Portugal is about to be signed when a cleaning staff discovers a corpse in Parliament. Chaos ensues, and in 12 hours, power collapses.

Synopsis:

June 22, 2030. The Iberian Union Treaty is moments away from being signed. Media, politicians, and diplomats gather in Madrid. Protesters chant, cameras roll. Then, a cleaning staff member named Rocío discovers a corpse in the Spanish Parliament.

Julia Varela, Spain’s conservative Prime Minister and architect of the union, orders a cover-up. Her rival, opposition leader Álvaro Serrano, smells scandal. As conspiracy theories spread, every party crafts their own version of the truth. The Portuguese delegation watches, increasingly disillusioned.

Through six half-hour episodes, each representing a two-hour slice of the day, alliances shift, secrets unravel, and the stakes mount. In the final act, it’s revealed the man was a tourist who died by accident. A serious political event collapses under the weight of its own absurdity.
