After a successful return to normality last June, the 19th edition is already in the making. The race towards FEST 2023, which will take place between the 19th and the 26th of June, has now officially started, with the opening of the film submission period. We are accepting films under the following formats:

A) Fiction and non-fiction feature films from directors who are on their first or second feature-length project, regardless of age.

B) Fiction, Documentary, Animation, and Experimental Short films from directors who have completed no more than two feature films, regardless of age.

FEST 2023 will take place between the 19th and the 26th of June 2023, in Espinho, Portugal.
